Plans & Suggestion and Discuccing
Let me introduce myself. My name is St.Masita Nur Khalifah. I’am a student in Business English Communication at Universitas Negeri Makassar.
Today in the IIEC Listening course we learned about Plans and Suggestions, Emphasizing Your Opinion, Discussing Conditions, and Discussing Problems.
1. Plans and Suggestions
English uses modal verbs to make suggestions, and indirect questions or the passive voice to politely request information or point out a mistake.
2. Emphasizing Your Opinion
There are many English phrases to politely emphasize your point of view. These are useful when you are dealing with disagreements in the workplace.
3. Discussing Conditions
English often uses the first and second conditionals for negotiating with clients and co workers, and the zero conditionals to talk about general thruths.
4. Discussing Problems
English uses the third conditional to talk about an unreal past or an event that did not happen. These are useful for talking about workplace mistakes.
This week's activity is our last activity schedule before the final test. This week's activity can be said to be rather difficult because on average in this week's activity, I have many weaknesses including listening to audio and answering False, True & Not given questions.
