Introduction

Let me introduce myself. My name is St.Masita Nur Khalifah. I’am a student in Business English Communication at Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Today as usual on Monday I have an IIEC Listening course schedule. I also recorded my presence in Syam-Ok at 7:30 this morning. 

Today in the IIEC Listening course we learned about Introduction, Getting to Know Colleagues, and Department & Vocabulary Roles.

1.Introduction

In this section we learn about Introduction yourself and others.

2. Getting to Know Colleagues

Talking about your past work experiences is a good way to get to know your colleagues. Past simple and past continuous tenses are often used to do this

3.Department & Roles Vocabulary

In this section we get new vocabulary that may be rarely encountered in everyday life.

Exs : To ensure is the same meaning as to look after.

I'm working on the given activities, but I'm having some problems when the activity listens to audio. I'm having a bit of trouble with this activity because of the accent used. In the audio, the accent used is British while I only know the American accent. But I know that learning is not always confined to one zone, that's why I have to learn more for this activity.
